The Gracious Plate is a meal preparation and catering company specializing in farm-sourced and allergen-aware foods serving the Springfield area. They source many of the ingredients from Blue Heron Farm in nearby Marshfield, and never uses unhealthy oils, additives, preservatives, or extra sugar.

Meal Plans

The Gracious Plate prepares ready-to-eat lunches, dinners, and snacks in their commercial kitchen and delivers them to you 1-2 times per week. Meals arrive at your home in eco-friendly packaging, fully cooked and prepared —you simply plate the food, reheat, and serve!

How to Buy 

Pork Bundle – $196 or $49/month for 4 months, processing included with delivery to Springfield

  1. Weight = 25 lbs + and includes sampler of pork: 4# ham steak; 3# bacon; 3# pork steak; 5# pork chops; 6# breakfast sausage; 4# hamburger-sized sausage patties for the grill in Italian and/or bratwurst flavors.

1/2 Hog – $4/lb of hanging weight, plus processing

  1. Hanging weight = ~100 lbs and will fit in a 5 cu ft freezer space (small freezer) with room to spare, custom cut to your preference, qualifies for the payment plan.

Whole Hog – $3.75/lb of hanging weight

  1. Hanging weight = 200 lbs. Fits in a 5-7 cu ft freezer (small freezer), custom cut, qualifies for the payment plan.

Payment Plan – Budget-friendly way to buy pork, make a small deposit and monthly payments, pork is paid for ahead of time. Availability is June 2019 & October 2019.
